Baylie Weeks
Director of Design
Guided by a family legacy of home building and creative pursuits, Baylie’s love for arranging and organizing has been a constant since childhood. Specializing in eclectic, cozy, and collected design, she brings vibrancy to spaces through her appreciation for color and statement pieces. She values both modern and traditional design, tailoring each project to the client's taste and location. At Tribus, she finds joy in the diverse geographical locations we design for, embracing the exciting challenges presented by a broad spectrum of architecture and clientele. She grew up in competitive dance and still coaches clogging today as a hobby and enjoys traveling the country for competitions.
Kalyn Downes
Interior Designer
& Millwork Specialist
Kalyn, a passionate and creative interior designer specializing in Millwork, discovered her love for interior design at an early age while assisting her mom with redecorating projects. With a preference for a modernized style complemented by traditional elements, Kalyn pursued a design degree in college. She thrives on being part of a firm that can transform ideas from paper into homes that feel warm and inviting. Having relocated from Ohio nearly a decade ago, Kalyn has embraced Greenville with enthusiasm and continues to find joy in contributing to exceptional design projects.
Amanda Fleegal
Interior Designer
Meet Amanda, a talented individual whose enthusiasm for the field was sparked by a memorable scene in Mrs. Doubtfire. Inspired, she pursued architectural drafting in high school, consistently gravitating toward a modern aesthetic infused with eclectic warmth and bright colors. Functionality takes precedence in her designs, and she's driven by a deep understanding of clients' needs. Engaging actively in the entire design process, Amanda finds joy in the collaborative spirit of her teams, where humor and camaraderie make each project fun and eventful. A "yes" person at heart, Amanda embraces diverse experiences, from skiing and skydiving to exploring new countries solo, embodying an adventurous spirit that extends to her design philosophy.

Interior Designer
Meet Lyra, who is passionate about creating spaces that show off her unique style. Having moved extensively, her love for design took off as she transformed her rooms with eclectic inspirations, from hand-painted Turkish rugs to ceiling clouds. Lyra loves on working closely with clients, providing them with a personalized touch that brings them joy. Social by nature, she enjoys the camaraderie of her team at Tribus, which she considers friends both inside and outside the office.

Interior Designer
Kadin, our design enthusiast working on the Coast, grew up immersed in luxury home design through his mother's work as a cabinet designer in Pawleys Island, SC, collaborating with Amish craftsmen. His eclectic style, combining clean lines with historic pieces and industrial undertones, reflects his unique design approach. At Tribus, Kadin expands his horizons, staying on top of emerging trends, and draws inspiration from his travels to infuse diverse elements into his designs.
Laurene Duclos
Retail Manager (Coastal)
Residing on Dataw Island with her husband Jeffrey, Laurene brings positive energy as the Office Manager at our Coast location. Laurene is a natural at transforming our retail space, ensuring an elevated shopping experience. Beyond work, she treasures moments with her children, Seth & Sara, enjoys helping others, and explores the beauty of Coastal Carolina. Laurene was once the lead vocalist in a Disco Band!
Rebecca Snyder
Designer
Passionate about hands-on design experiences, Rebecca thrives on exploring job sites and selecting materials. Inspired by Mid-Century Modern styles, she infuses excitement into spaces with rich textures and vibrant colors. Whether by the lake, in the mountains, or at our Greenville office, she embraces all project locations. She loves exploring cities and enjoys finding new hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and stores.
Rebekah Acosta
Retail Manager (Upstate)
Rebekah, our welcoming and outgoing presence at Tribus, brings a unique perspective shaped by a childhood passion for home design games. Though her primary role involves greeting clients and educating people on what we do, Rebekah finds joy in observing the intricate work of designers, drawing inspiration from her past experience in construction. Rebekah also loves to play Soccer.

Her favorite aspect of working at Tribus is the collaborative teamwork among employees to efficiently accomplish tasks. With a keen understanding of the significance of Vendor/Client relations, Ileana excels in maintaining strong connections through effective communication.
